Free Father’s Day Questionnaire Printable for Kids

We do one of these every year for Mother’s day and Father’s day. Our kids aren’t really old enough yet to get a thoughtful gift that parents would actually like. We tried it out one year at the dollar store. The kids ended up picking toys that they really wanted and ultimately ended up getting to keep after the other parent opened them. But this is a tradition and a gift that Jacob and I actually value as parents. The answers the kids give are hilarious and it is so fun to see their personalities and the memories they each have in their responses.

It is also a great last minute gift, because May and June tend to be busy months between school ending and summer vacations/activities. Father’s day is this Sunday and I still don’t have a gift for my own Father yet. But I think I will fill this out even as an adult and give it to him. These are just as good for adult children as well!
